Meet our Founder

Driven by a passion to see cities and communities transformed Ben Lapp began his journey into Real Estate Development in 2016, launching the Aurora Investments brand in 2019. Building on more than a decade of business ownership, Ben and his family have a passion to see the hopeless find hope, the depressed and impoverished find abundance, and generational cycles of poverty being transformed into cycles of generational blessing. That is what Aurora was born out of - a conviction to serve and bless others. A passion to see communities transformed and families restored.

Ben and his beautiful wife Alicia, along with their three precious daughters, make their home in Columbia, TN.
